To download all the photos from a gallery, click on the down arrow icon on the upper right side of the gallery. To download individual images, hover over the image and click on the down arrow icon that appears. To save to your phone click on the image you want and when it's full screen press and hold and save to your camera roll. Right clicking on the image to save will not save it as high resolution.
